Setting Up Your Account

To set up your account for Chatbot Builder, you can follow these steps:

Visit the official Chatbot Builder website at chatbotbuilder.net.
Look for the Sign Up button located in the top right corner of the homepage.
Click on this button to start the account creation process.
You’ll be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, and a password.
Alternatively, you can directly login with your Google account or Facebook account.
After submitting your information, verify your email address with a code.
Once done, please read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

That’s it, you have now created your account in ChatBot Builder. You will be given a 14-day free trial for the product and you can always upgrade your plan from ‘Profile Settings’.

Dashboard

On the dashboard, you will find the option to build a new workflow. Clicking on ‘Create Your Own AI Bot’ opens a pop-up where you can add a name for your chatbot. You can create more than one chatbot.

At the top, you’ll see a “Welcome” message, indicating this is your main dashboard area. This dashboard is designed to give you a clear overview of your AI chatbot projects and provide easy access to creation and management tools.

Here’s an overview of the ChatBot Builder dashboard:

Recent AI Bots

This section displays your recently created or updated AI bots. It includes:

A “Create New AI Bot” button, allowing you to quickly start a new project.
Cards for existing bots showing their status and last update time appear here.

All AI Bots

This section provides a comprehensive list of all your AI bots, including:

A search bar to easily find specific bots
Columns for AI Bot Name, Move To (folder selection), Analytics, Chats, and Status
Each bot entry shows an icon, name, last update time, and its current status (e.g., DRAFT)

Quick Actions

For each bot, you have quick access to folder selection, analytics, and chat features.

Integrations will display the options to have native integrations like OpenAI. Just add the API key in the integration section and choose your preferred model.
Analytics gives a detailed breakdown of your chatbot stats.
Chats store all your conversations from the live chatbot.
